LIG relining

Re-glue loose upstands with WA98 adhesive.
Wash the existing rubber with XPlus degreaser to remove dirt, moss and surface carbonization and then rinse clean.
Allow to dry.
Prime the cleaned and dry surface with Ardex Butynol WPM222 Primer and allow to dry.
Remove two rows of screws from the metal roof to allow propping up and fitting of new rubber under.
Install new 1.5mm Black Butynol Rubber to full girth of gutter in WA98 Adhesive and dress under the metal roof 100mm.
Refit screws to metal roof.
Replace 184 perished skylight fixings.
