back (east) wall partially dug out remaining sand removed, concrete block on concrete foundation base of wall, footing below sand level first lift of Debovix 3mm tanking torched on base of wall, Debovix over concrete foundation two lifts high, Debovix completed Danodren filter and protection sheet over Debovix Danodren filter and protection sheet folded out over footing back trench partially refilled, C Profile pressure bar going on top of tanking sheets view along top of tanking system C Profile pressure bar completed with bitumen sealant fill along top edge view back in towards south completed tanking system

Outside North Wall Tanking and Panelling

Hardiflex 9.5mm cement sheet panelling over drainage layer full height.
0.9mm Aluminium Flashing, tucked under the bottom weatherboard and down over the Tanking/Panelling System buildup. Same to vertical ends.
outside (north) wall, metal sheets for temporary retaining wall to create trench some plaster patching along foundation/concrete block junction concrete block section is primed with bitumen primer some further digging to find drainage pipe and footing below drainage pipe and footing exposed base area is washed down with water to provide a clean surface for plastering the rough footing around the corner at the back is plastered sloping away from the wall more plaster to footing sloped plaster to help shed water away from the foundation plastering of footing completed later, plaster had hardened, ready to prime with a waterbased bitumen primer footing and concrete foundation primed Debovix is installed over tapered footing and up foundation 200mm bottom weatherboard gap is a fire hazard, flammable building paper behind custom temporary flashing screws in to provide flame guard torching the top lift up the wall second piece near the top top edge of Debovix is torched close to the top, no dramas completed Debovix on north wall sand is constantly falling onto the footing Danodren filter and protection sheet on, filter fabric and stone drainage around 2 pipes filter fabric wrapped around stone bundle view along north wall before backfilling part sand fill over footing view along north wall with sand over footing C Profile pressure bar fixed along top of Debovix and Danodren sealant fill along top of pressure bar Hardiflex sheet cover over tanking system  2 sheets of Hardiflex in, aluminium flashing fitted in under watherboards flashing fixed to concrete block with concrete pins and to Hardies sheet with Bulbtite rivets (sample compressed) bitumen sealant between Debovix and cladding, followed by bead of Silyl Modified Plymer sealant Aluminium flashing is fixed over sealant beads with Bulbtite rivets custom junction at end view along flashing under weatherboards reverse view completed panels, more backfilling to follow and installation of new steps up to ground  level above

inside basement room, foundation has been stripped of paint concrete block has been scabbled to remove more paint wall has been ground with diamond disc to remove more paint residue wall has been ground with diamond disc to remove more paint residue wall has been ground with diamond disc to remove more paint residue, view into alcove alcove under stairs had no paint on it reverse view to front of room reverse view to front of room wall and floor has been lightly sprayed with water and vacuumed  to remove dust wall and floor has been lightly sprayed with water and vacuumed  to remove dust hairline cracks in floor filled with epoxy filler gap at wall/floor junction gap is filled and coving created using epoxy filler gap is filled and coving created using epoxy filler crack filling and coving completed, left to cure off first coat of Hydroepoxy coating to walls view of first coat of Hydroepoxy coating along base of back wall first coat of Hydroepoxy coating to walls and floor, left to cure second coat of Hydroepoxy coating to walls view of second coat of Hydroepoxy coating along base of back wall completed hydroepoxy 2 coat system the builder has fixed battens over the wall for Gib plasterboard lining close up showing how uneven the concrete block was alcove is painted white, no Gib plasterboardlining here
